We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager (BDM) to help us expand our Business. You will be at the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. BDM is responsible to drive new business achieving sales targets ensuring all sales and fulfillment processes are executed as per the agreed time frame implementing a sales plan and managing a sales team. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
KEY DELIVERABLES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Develop new business opportunities with potential customers at all stages of the sales cycle including targeting prospecting and presenting business propositions.
2. Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
3. Plan for lead generation and lead processing through calls and visits. 4. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs. 5. Promote the company s products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives. 6. Keep records of sales revenue invoices etc.
7. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
8. Map potential customers and generate leads for the organization. He should look forward to generating new opportunities for the organization
9. Build and promote strong long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
Requirements
KEY SKILLS REQUIRED:
Bachelor s degree or equivalent
5 to 8 Years of Proven working experience as a business development manager or a relevant.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Respond with a sense of urgency and deal with confidential information.
Enthusiastic and should be taking the initiative.
