We are looking for an experienced Genesys Cloud Administrator who will be responsible for the configuration administration and optimization of the Genesys Cloud platform to ensure seamless contact center operations. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders IT teams and end-users to deliver reliable scalable and high-performing customer engagement solutions.
Strong expertise in Genesys Cloud Administration & Configuration
Experience in Contact Center technologies IVR Routing Queues WFM
Hands-on with APIs Integrations SIP VoIP Cloud Telephony
Ability to create and deliver structured training modules labs and case studies
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Prior corporate training / mentoring experience preferred
Flexible to deliver weekend / weekday sessions as per client need
