Job Summary
Process Related: Experience in P2P O2C and R2R

Should have the ability to manage a team of doers
He/she should be able to allocate work as per skill set of the team members
Employee connect to ensure positive RAG status and grievance management
He/she should have the ability to mentor their team members.
Qualifications :
Successfully completed Graduation / Post graduation i.e Bcom or Mcom or MBA Finance or any equivalent degree for a Min of 8 years of experience in the F&A domain (OR)Semi qualified CA or CMA with a Min of 7 years of experience in the F&A domain. (OR)Qualified Member of an Internationally recognised accounting body (ICAICMA or equivalent) Min 3 Years of relevant experience
