- Partner across the global Talent Leadership and Learning team to deliver high-impact people initiatives.
- Use data and insights to identify future areas of focus and measure impact.
- Collaborate with business leaders HRBPs and global HR teams to co-create employee experiences that address real business needs.
- Champion the use of technology to enhance and scale our people products and experiences.
- Embed end-to-end people solutions that blend external best practice with deep understanding of our organisational context.
