Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Delivery Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for rolling out our products to our customers and managing the 24/7 support function for product rollouts. This role requires a combination of project management technical understanding and customer service expertise. Responsibilities include managing and overseeing the successful deployment of our products overseeing the 24/7 support function maintaining strong customer relationships and coordinating with various internal teams to ensure successful product rollouts.

Key Responsibilities:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
Proven experience in a similar role in a tech or software company.
Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
PMP and other similar project management certification is required.
Excellent technical understanding with the ability to coordinate with the development team and understand the technical aspects of our products.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage a 24/7 support function.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
