Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team specializing in Cloud ERP services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying developing and closing new business opportunities as well as cultivating long-term relationships with clients. This role requires a strong understanding of ERP systems particularly NetSuite and the ability to articulate complex solutions to a diverse audience of business leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Prospecting: Actively identify and qualify new business opportunities through various channels including market research networking cold outreach and inbound lead follow-up.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong lasting relationships with prospective and existing clients acting as a trusted advisor to understand their business needs challenges and goals.
Consultative Selling: Conduct in-depth needs assessments and provide strategic guidance demonstrating how NetSuite ERP solutions can address specific business pain points and drive growth.
Solution Presentation & Proposal Creation: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations product demonstrations and detailed proposals that highlight the value and benefits of our NetSuite services.
Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with industry trends competitive offerings and the latest NetSuite product developments to inform sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
Collaboration: Work closely with the technical consulting and project management teams to ensure proposed solutions are accurate competitive and can be successfully delivered.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities client interactions and pipeline progress using a CRM system (ideally NetSuite CRM).
Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience ( Min 5 years) in a business development or sales role preferably within the enterprise software ERP or SaaS industry.
A strong understanding of ERP systems with specific knowledge of NetSuites capabilities and modules is preferred.
Exceptional communication presentation and negotiation skills.
A self-motivated results-driven and target-oriented mindset.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Proficiency with CRM software and a strong grasp of the sales lifecycle.
A bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field is preferred.
