Our client a reputable dealership is seeking an experienced Workshop Foreman to join their team in Cape Town.

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Workshop Foreman in a dealership environment
- Proven track record in managing workshop schedules ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity
- Strong technical knowledge and ability to assist and guide technicians
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Skilled in handling workshop KPIs including job card management time management and quality control
- Ability to maintain factory standards audits and compliance requirements
- Leadership skills to motivate and manage workshop staff effectively
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving workshop targets and customer satisfaction
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily workshop operations and ensure maximum efficiency
- Assist and guide technicians in technical matters
- Manage workshop schedules and job cards
- Ensure compliance with factory standards audits and other regulatory requirements
- Motivate and manage workshop staff to achieve high performance
- Maintain quality control and ensure customer satisfaction
