Job Description

Workshop Foreman - Cape Town

Our client a reputable dealership is seeking an experienced Workshop Foreman to join their team in Cape Town.

Position Highlights:

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Workshop Foreman in a dealership environment
  • Proven track record in managing workshop schedules ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity
  • Strong technical knowledge and ability to assist and guide technicians
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Skilled in handling workshop KPIs including job card management time management and quality control
  • Ability to maintain factory standards audits and compliance requirements
  • Leadership skills to motivate and manage workshop staff effectively
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving workshop targets and customer satisfaction

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily workshop operations and ensure maximum efficiency
  • Assist and guide technicians in technical matters
  • Manage workshop schedules and job cards
  • Ensure compliance with factory standards audits and other regulatory requirements
  • Motivate and manage workshop staff to achieve high performance
  • Maintain quality control and ensure customer satisfaction
