Job Summary

Our client a privately owned Panel Shop is seeking the services of a Senior Auto-Body Repair Workshop Manager for the Roodepoort Area.

10 years experience as a workshop manager or 20 years as senior Foreman. (Experience must be in a Panel Workshop).
Must be Highly experienced in full process of a Panel workshop
Must be deadline driven and able to meet targets set out by management.
Must be able to follow company processes and procedures
Knowledge of Auto-body workshop Processes Panel Beating / Spray Painting workflow daily throughput and taking disciplinary action is essential
Strong leadership skills good business acumen.
Technically minded and or red seal Panel Beater / Spray Painter
Must have good customer service and communication skills
