What Youll Do Key Responsibilities:
- Review and verify service repair orders and parts invoices for accuracy and legibility
- Input data from hard copies into the digital system (RO reconciliation)
- Calculate materials or shop supply charges accurately
- Finalize retail prices including parts fluids labor supplies and taxes
- Support the service team with additional administrative tasks as needed

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance and a positive high-energy attitude
- Superior customer service and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated dependable and detail-oriented
- Able to thrive in a structured process-driven environment
The pay for this position is $11.33 - $14.00/hr. based on experience.
