Job Duties
This position provides a basic level of case management services as assigned to adult mentally ill patients utilizing Recovery principles with a goal of assisting patients to be successful in the least restrictive environment consistent with their level of functioning.
Minimum Qualifications
Experience in providing direct care services to the mentally ill population.
Must have a valid drivers license.
Additional Considerations
Experience with persons who are mentally ill and criminal justice-involved.
Experience with community resources for the mentally ill.
