You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailFisher College a private institution located in the heart of the Back Bay district in Boston MA is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Payroll and Benefits Coordinator to join our HR team. This role will be responsible for managing payroll processes coordinating employee benefits and ensuring the smooth operation of HRIS (Human Resource Information System). The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for payroll and benefits inquiries ensuring a positive and efficient experience for employees. Additionally this position will oversee onboarding offboarding employee orientation assist with talent acquisition and support various HR functions contributing to the overall success of the HR department. This is onsite position and required physical presence on Campus 5 days a week. Hours 8:30AM - 4:00 PM.
