Client Relations & Acquisition Specialist

We are now accepting applications for aBusiness Acquisition Specialist(Client Relations & Acquisition Specialist) to join our Client Acquisition Group located at our Corporate office in Las Vegas NV. Position is fully in office and work schedule is typically Monday through Friday 8:30AM to 5:00PM.

Essential Functions:

• Perform outbound sales and service calls to prospective and existing bank clients.
• Responsible for expanding client base by sourcing new relationships and cross-selling bank products and services to new and existing relationships.
• Responsible for handling customer inquiries and problems as needed.
• May assist clients with product offerings selection loan application processes and opening accounts.
• Generates qualified referrals while following operational procedures and adhering to all regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Provides support to business unit personnel as needed.
• Assists with department projects and tasks as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 1 yrs experience in inside sales branch banking and services customer service or other directly related experience. (Combination of education and experience may meet job requirements.)
• Working knowledge of sales customer service retention skills and banking products and services.
• Must have good customer service problem resolution and communication skills both verbal and written.
• Ability to use a variety of computer software.
• Ability to cross sell bank products.
• Requires initiative and ability to recognize opportunities.
• Requires High School diploma or equivalent.

Pay range (depending on experience): $24 - $26 / hour
