Job Title: RN Med Surg/Tele
Location: White Hall WV 26554
Duration: 3 month contract (extendable)
Shift: Nights 3x12 (36 hours/week)
Pay Rate: Travel Weekly Gross $2001.96 (for 36 hours)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Med Surg/Tele for a contract opportunity in a critical access hospital. The ideal candidate will have strong Med Surg/Tele experience excellent critical thinking skills and the ability to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in the Med Surg/Telemetry unit.

• Monitor record and report symptoms and changes in patient conditions.

• Administer medications IV therapies and treatments as prescribed.

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes.

• Educate patients and families about treatment plans and discharge instructions.

• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.

• Adhere to hospital policies procedures and standards of care.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Med Surg/Tele.

• Licenses/Certifications:

  • Active RN License (West Virginia or Compact)

  • Current BLS Certification

• Ability to work night shifts (3x12 hours).

• Strong communication and patient-care skills.
