UnspecifiedThe RTX Enterprise Services Applications Org. is seeking a highly skilled and motivated SAP ABAP FIORI Developer with at least 6 years of expertise in supporting and enhancing SAP systems specifically focused on the CMES (Common Manufacturing Execution System) platform. The successful candidate will play a critical role in designing developing and implementing SAP solutions that align with RTXs manufacturing and operational requirements. This position requires a deep understanding of SAP ABAP development FIORI applications and manufacturing execution processes.
What You Will Do:
- Develop enhance and maintain SAP ABAP programs forms interfaces and workflows to support CMES-based manufacturing execution processes.
- Design and implement SAP FIORI applications to enhance the user experience for CMES operations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders functional teams and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Support the integration of CMES with other SAP modules and third-party systems ensuring seamless data flow and system functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CMES processes and technical components in a timely manner.
- Perform system testing debugging and performance optimization to ensure reliability and efficiency of CMES-related SAP applications.
- Provide technical documentation including program specifications configuration guides and user manuals.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and best practices to continuously improve system performance and user satisfaction.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Information Systems or a related field.
- 10 years of professional experience in SAP ABAP development with a strong focus on manufacturing execution systems such as CMES.
- Working knowledge of IM WM modules with Handling Management Units for packing-based logistics structures.
- Familiarity with other ECC SAP modules such as MM PP or QM that integrate with CMES processes.
- Proficiency in SAP FIORI application development including SAPUI5 OData services and Gateway architecture.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing execution processes and their integration with SAP systems.
- Expertise in ABAP programming techniques such as ALV reporting BAPI BADI user exits enhancement spots and Smart Forms/SAP Scripts.
- Experience with system integration technologies such as IDOC RFC and Web Services.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Experience in the Aerospace or Defense industry is a strong advantage.
- Proven experience with other SAP modules such as MM PP or QM that integrate with CMES processes.
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA environments is highly desirable.
- Certification in SAP ABAP development or SAP FIORI application development is a plus.
