The Opportunity

Youll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Data and Analytics team you will collaborate with experts to develop innovative Artificial Intelligence solutions. As a Senior Associate you will leverage your analytical skills to navigate complex challenges mentor junior team members and build meaningful relationships with clients while delivering quality results.

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design innovative AI solutions

- Utilize analytical skills to address complex challenges in data

- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical capabilities

- Build and maintain sturdy relationships with clients to understand their needs

- Oversee the implementation of algorithms into self-sufficient applications

- Monitor and document the performance of AI models for continuous enhancement

- Maintain adherence to established practices in AI development and deployment

- Contribute to the overall strategy of the Data and Analytics team

What You Must Have

- Bachelors Degree

- Must have 5 years of on the job experience of working as a Power BI Developer/ Insights Analyst/Alteryx

- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- 5 years of experience in Power BI development

- B Tech M Tech or M Sc in Maths or Stats

- Proven experience in developing complex visualizations

- Demonstrating advanced ETL flow development skills

- Excelling in data analysis and query development

- Exhibiting self-motivation and teamwork capabilities
