Who You Are
Youre a seasoned and detail-driven Air Logistics Coordinator with advanced expertise in managing air transport operations optimizing supply chain processes and ensuring the efficient movement of goods. With a deep understanding of air logistics you excel at coordinating flights handling freight tracking shipments and managing inventory to ensure timely deliveries. Your strong communication and problem-solving skills make you adept at navigating complex logistics challenges in fast-paced environments.

At KBR you bring a high level of technical knowledge leadership and organizational expertise in air logistics. Known for your ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously collaborate with internal and external teams and implement efficient logistics strategies you ensure the seamless flow of goods and services. Your dedication to excellence accuracy and timely delivery aligns with KBRs mission of delivering innovative and dependable solutions for mission-critical operations.

What Youll Do
In the role of Air Logistics Coordinator Senior your duties will include:

• Maintains documentation to record all issues receipts transfers and disposals of property in accordance with approved property accountability procedures for USG property.

• Ensures material and equipment are catalogued to a standard nomenclature in automated Integrated Data Management System (IDMS) to enhance tracking reordering and excess identification processes.

• Conducts weekly stock reviews to ensure accuracy of inventory records and that stock items are serviceable.

• Creates and maintains a Critical Spares Inventory of parts essential to mission activities and stock items accordingly.

Requirements:

• Must be a US Citizen

• Must have a Secret Clearance

• Must have a minimum of five years of logistics experience on large contract.

• Must have a minimum of seven years of MILAR Cargo experience.

• Must have one of the following certifications: USAF Hazardous Materials - Preparer LCAZP2T051 Navy Supply Corps School TRANS HAZMAT Course or Defense Ammunition Training Center AMMO-62 course.

• Must have USAF GATES and GDSS experience (Note: USAF Loadmaster is preferred).

• Must have experience building L463L Pallets.

Desired Qualifications:

• Retired USAF E7/E8.

This role will be located in Alice Springs. This position is expected to be onsite 100%.
