Nature and Scope
The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) delivers technical nursing care to Residents using the nursing process functioning as a member of the nursing team under the supervision and direction of a Registered Nurse (RN). The LVN may assume charge nurse role in the Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).

We are located at 1065 Bucks Lake Road Quincy CA 95971.
Compensation
Compensation Philosophy:
- We have 30 pay increments on our pay scales to compensate staff for 30 years of relevant experience.
Compensation range:

Qualifications
Experience:
- At least one (1) year experience as LVN
Education:
- Current California LVN license.
- Graduate from an approved LVN program with an associates or equivalent degree.
- Current CPR Certification.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to apply good clinical judgment plan work establish priorities and maintain flexibility.
- Proficient written and verbal skills.
- Ability to use a computer proficiently.
Responsibilities
- Organizes and directs shift responsibilities and duties
- Participate in the planning implementation and evaluation of resident care.
- Prepares and administers medications and treatments as ordered by the physicians.
- Ensure that narcotic records are accurate for your shift.
- Review medications and completeness of information.
