Job Description
The HR Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for managing the full cycle recruiting process coordinating onboarding activities and supporting day-to-day HR administration. This role ensures smooth hiring processes maintains employee records and provides support to employees and managers.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate full-cycle recruitment activities including posting job openings source & screen candidates conduct phone screens and coordinate with Hiring Managers to schedule interviews.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes ensuring smooth transitions for new hires and separating employees.
- Prepare and process HR-related documents such as offer letters new hire paperwork and employment verifications.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS and personnel files.
- Support employee engagement activities training sessions and HR initiatives.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
Qualifications & Perks
Preferred Qualifications
- 2- 5 years of experience in HR recruiting or a related role.
- Experience with HRIS (preferably Paycom) strongly preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software systems
