About the Role:

Tubi is seeking an experienced Content Merchandising Program Lead for a short-term high-impact project shaping how we organize and present content to our viewers. This role combines expertise in streaming content strategy and merchandising with strong program leadership skills. The consultant will guide a comprehensive audit of content collections and deliver a framework that sets Tubi up for greater scale efficiency automation and personalization.

Contract Duration: 3-6 months

What Youll Do:

  • Lead a comprehensive project to evaluate Tubis content collections ensuring they align with business goals viewer engagement and long-term scalability.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams across Content Creative Product Marketing and Data/ML to gather insights and drive alignment.
  • Deliver a full audit of existing content groupings identifying redundancies outdated collections and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop a new framework and operating model for content merchandising that balances automation with brand consistency and editorial voice and is informed by performance insights
  • Provide actionable recommendations to improve how content is surfaced personalized and measured for performance.
  • Deliver a final strategy package and implementation roadmap ensuring a smooth handoff to internal teams.

Your Background:

  • 7 years of experience in project or program management with expertise in digital media content operations or product strategy.
  • Proven record of driving complex cross-functional projects to completion within short timelines.
  • Experience partnering with ML or engineering teams on scalable systems automation or personalization.
  • Strong organizational and facilitation skills with ability to synthesize input into clear frameworks.
  • Knowledge of content strategy brand voice and performance measurement.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements the pay range for this role with final offer amount dependent on education skills experience and location is listed per hour below. This role is also eligible forvarious benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance a 401(k) plan paid time off and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.

Hourly Rate for high cost labor markets such as but not limited to Los Angeles New York City and San Francisco

$53.41 - $76.30 USD
