The Business Unit Leader is a strategic executive role responsible for overseeing the operations performance and growth of a specific business unit within the organization. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the strategic vision and operational plans for the business unit in alignment with overall company objectives.
Lead mentor and manage a high-performing team across functions such as Sales Operations Marketing and Customer Support.
Drive profitability and revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities optimizing processes and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) adjusting strategies to achieve targets and drive continuous improvement.
Manage budgeting forecasting and financial analysis for the business unit ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost control.
Foster a culture of innovation accountability and performance excellence.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients partners and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with corporate policies industry regulations and quality standards.
Champion organizational values diversity equity and inclusion initiatives within the business unit.
Prepare and present regular updates business reviews and strategic recommendations to the executive leadership team.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
Minimum of 2 years of progressive leadership experience preferably in a similar role or industry.
Demonstrated ability to manage P&L and drive business unit growth and profitability.
Exceptional leadership and team-building skills with experience managing remote teams a plus.
Strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with business productivity and analytics tools (e.g. MS Office CRM ERP software).
Ability to thrive in a dynamic fast-paced and remote work environment.
Compensation:
Hourly Pay Rate: $70.00 $90.00 per hour
