We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Online Survey Specialist to join our research and analytics team. The Online Survey Specialist will be responsible for designing distributing and managing online surveys as well as analyzing and reporting on survey results to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate is analytical tech-savvy and possesses exceptional communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop online surveys using industry-standard platforms (e.g. Survey Monkey Qualtrics Google Forms).
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define survey objectives target audiences and question formats.
Program test and launch surveys to ensure accuracy and functionality.
Manage survey distribution through various channels (email web social media) to achieve desired response rates.
Monitor survey progress and troubleshoot any technical or participant issues.
Analyze survey results using statistical and data visualization tools.
Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations summarizing key findings and actionable insights.
Ensure all survey activities comply with privacy regulations and internal data security policies.
Maintain accurate records and databases of survey responses.
Stay updated with best practices and trends in online survey methodologies.
Qualifications:
Associates or Bachelors degree in Marketing Statistics Social Sciences Business or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in survey research data analysis or a related field.
Proficiency with online survey tools (e.g. SurveyMonkey Qualtrics Google Forms) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint).
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with data privacy and ethical research standards.
Experience with data analysis software (e.g. SPSS SAS) is a plus.
