Job Title: Physical Therapist (PT)

Location: North Andover MA
Duration: 15 Weeks (Contract)
Shift: Day Shift MondayFriday 8:00 AM 4:30 PM (Includes a 30-minute unpaid meal break)
Schedule: 35 hours/week
Weekly Pay: $2100

Position Overview:

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Physical Therapist for an exciting Travel or Local job in North Andover MA.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate patients physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide direct therapy services including exercises manual therapy and therapeutic modalities.
Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans safety and home exercise programs.
Document patient progress treatment responses and update care plans as needed.
Collaborate with physicians nurses and interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated patient care.
Maintain compliance with all state federal and facility regulations.

Requirements

Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
Licensure: Active and unrestricted state Physical Therapist license.
Experience: Prior experience in a nursing facility rehabilitation or geriatric care setting preferred.
Skills: Strong clinical communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
