Are you ready to make a lasting impact on the future of manufacturing Join our Front-Load Laundry manufacturing team as a Principal Flow Engineer where youll lead strategy and execution for a major New Product Introduction (NPI) initiative and a state-of-the-art new this role youll drive cutting-edge improvements in material flow automation and supply chain processestransforming how space transportation equipment and inbound warehouses operate.

How Youll Create Possibilities

  • Lead the design and integration of advanced material replenishment and warehouse management systems (WMS).

  • Champion emerging technologiesincluding robotics drones and automationto elevate supply chain efficiency.

  • Support and develop lean material flow processes and systems across manufacturing operations.

  • Guide outsourced resources and 3PL partners to implement world-class material flow practices.

  • Analyze evaluate and optimize material handling before automating processes to maximize efficiency.

  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure projects meet schedules budgets and success criteria.

  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to eliminate waste and integrate automation with manufacturing.

  • Provide leadership coaching and training to cross-functional teams maintenance and shop floor personnel.

  • Ensure compliance with EHS standards and alignment with initiatives like Lean Manufacturing Ergonomics and TPM.

  • Influence broader policies and operational strategies to support long-term business goals.

What Youll Bring to Our Team

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in engineering or related technical discipline or equivalent and7 years of firsthand experience with distribution logistics or supply chain including experience in Lean Supply Chain production method.
  • Solid computer knowledge including Robotic Languages ACAD and MS Office
  • Knowledge of manufacturing and warehouse operations.
  • Excellent project tracking and detailed planning skills required.
  • Ability to work in large cross-functional teams and at multiple levels in the organization (both salaried and shop floor operators / skilled trades team members)
  • Good oral and written communication skills will be expected to provide status report outs to the cross-functional team and train other engineers.
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership of cross-functional program deliverables and ability to drive decisions based on the overall benefit to the company.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in engineering or related discipline is preferred.
  • Highly creative talent with a proven ability to look past what is currently done and develop a practical implementable vision for the future and a strong history of executing to vision.
  • Prior experience working in a high SKU and high velocity manufacturing operations.
  • Simulation experience is preferred.

Working Environment & Travel:

  • Fast-paced high-volume distribution and manufacturing settings.
  • 30-40% of travel may be for domestic and/or international travel to supplier sites/ plants etc.
  • Hours & Weekends: Working off-shift and weekends will be required.
