Seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Nursing Services on behalf of a leading regional provider of post-acute care. The position is responsible for overseeing clinical operations supervising nursing staff ensuring regulatory compliance and promoting a culture of excellence in resident care at a small nursing home.

What is needed for this position:

Current Oregon RN license
Minimum of 2 years of experience DNS or Assistant DNS.
Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to manage staffing levels to census
Skills in developing and maintaining positive relationships with resident and family members.
