Job Description

Join Fortuna as a Senior OutSystems Developer and play a key role in building large-scale enterprise-grade applications on OutSystems 11. WORKSITE: Teleworker / Remote (U.S. based)

WORK SCHEDULE: Full-time PST hours

PAY RATE: $65.00 -$75.00 per hour

WHAT YOULL DO:

  • Stay current with OutSystems platform updates features and industry trends.
  • Troubleshoot debug and optimize applications for performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into solutions.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure quality adherence to standards and long-term maintainability.
  • Evaluate and mitigate technical debt; recommend remediation strategies.
  • Apply OutSystems architecture best practices: multi-layered architecture modularization reusability dependency management.
  • Supervise and mentor a small team of developers providing technical guidance and task allocation.
  • Lead end-to-end development of large-scale applications ensuring scalability performance and security.
  • Design develop and deploy enterprise-grade applications using OutSystems 11.

WHAT YOULL BRING:

  • Preferred: OutSystems certifications enterprise integrations cloud deployments (AWS) CI/CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and strong collaboration skills.
  • Solid understanding of OutSystems Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).
  • Proficiency in SQL REST/SOAP web services and data modeling.
  • Experience conducting code reviews and ensuring adherence to best practices.
  • Ability to identify evaluate and address technical debt in applications.
  • Strong expertise in OutSystems architecture principles: multi-layered architecture modularization dependency management.
  • Experience leading and mentoring small teams of developers.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-level applications on OutSystems.
  • 5 years of hands-on OutSystems development experience including 2 years in OutSystems 11 (OS11).
