What Youll Do:
The Executive Communications team serves as the storytelling engine for CoreWeaves leadership. We connect our CEO and C-suite to employees customers partners investors policymakers and media through authentic influential narratives that build trust inspire confidence and shape how the world sees CoreWeave.
About the role:
CoreWeave is hiring its first Executive Communications Leaderthe chief storyteller for our this highly strategic and hands-on role youll act as a close partner to our CEO and senior leaders crafting narratives that link CoreWeaves vision strategy and momentum to key audiences. Youll build executive visibility programs from scratch shape thought leadership and guide communications through high-stakes external moments. This is a build-and-scale opportunity to define how CoreWeave leadership shows up on the world stage.
Who You Are:
- 10 years of experience in executive communications strategic storytelling journalism or editorialideally in publicly traded enterprise technology.
- Exceptional writer and editor able to create clear concise and strategic messaging.
- Direct experience partnering with senior executives to shape authentic influential voices.
- Proven ability to design and scale executive visibility and thought leadership programs.
- Skilled at simplifying complex technical policy and business concepts into accessible narratives.
- Strong understanding of media cycles business trends and public affairs.
- Demonstrated success operating in high-growth fast-moving environments.
Preferred
- Background in AI cloud infrastructure or enterprise technology.
- Experience driving executive communications in high-visibility moments such as IPOs M&A or major industry events.

The base salary range for this role is $165000 to $242000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge skills experience and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining addition to base salary our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus equity awards and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).

Our Workplace
While we prioritize a hybrid work environment remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration
