Are you a passionate and driven Pharmacist ready to significantly impact patient outcomes Join our collaborative team and play a pivotal role in optimizing pharmaceutical services and drug distribution!
Were seeking a skilled Clinical Pharmacist who values respectful patient care and cost-effectiveness. This is an exciting opportunity to utilize your expertise across all phases of pharmaceutical services.
In this dynamic role you will:
- Optimize Drug Therapy:Monitor drug therapy assess medication orders for appropriateness (dose frequency interactions) and actively participate in renal dosing and pharmacokinetic monitoring.
- Enhance Clinical Initiatives:Engage in managing TPN (adult neonatal/pediatric) anticoagulant services pain management and IV to PO switch programs. Provide critical support for microbiology cultures.
- Ensure Safety & Education:Contribute to drug information and ADR/Med Error reporting making recommendations for improved medication use safety. Educate and counsel patients on their drug regimens.
- Drive Process Improvement:Actively participate in formulary management developing monographs presenting to the P&T Committee and contributing to policy and standardized order set development.
- Lead & Mentor:Maintain professionalism serve as a preceptor for students/residents and contribute to staff development and clinical research.

Job Requirements
Education: Graduate of a College of Pharmacy with a minimum of a Baccalaureate Degree in Pharmacy.
Licensure: Licensed as a pharmacist in the State of North Dakota in good standing.
