Job Summary
- Supervision and Leadership: Lead and manage a team of hygiene staff ensuring that all cleaning and hygiene tasks are performed to the highest standards. This includes training scheduling and performance management of team members.
- Compliance and Standards: Ensure compliance with health safety and hygiene regulations. This includes monitoring hygiene practices conducting audits and maintaining documentation to meet industry standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to integrate hygiene best practices throughout the organization. This may involve collaborating with food safety teams production staff and management to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Track hygiene performance metrics and report on key performance indicators (KPIs). Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Qualifications :
Education: Bachelors degree from accredited university or college in Environmental Health or Culinary.
Related Work Experience: 2 to 4 years of related work experience.
Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
License or Certification: None
