In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Provide operational support across Payroll and Total Rewards functions.
  • Execute routine tasks such as data entry audit checks and report generation.
  • Respond to employee inquiries related to pay benefits and HR policies.
  • Maintain documentation and assist with compliance tracking.
  • Support process documentation and knowledge management efforts.

For This Role You Will Need:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources IT Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 23 years of experience in HR operations payroll or benefits administration.
  • Familiarity with government portals and statutory reporting tools (SSS PhilHealth Pag-IBIG BIR).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HRIS platforms (e.g. Workday SAP Oracle).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
  • Discretion in handling sensitive employee information.
