In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Provide operational support across Payroll and Total Rewards functions.
- Execute routine tasks such as data entry audit checks and report generation.
- Respond to employee inquiries related to pay benefits and HR policies.
- Maintain documentation and assist with compliance tracking.
- Support process documentation and knowledge management efforts.

For This Role You Will Need:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources IT Business Administration or related field.
- At least 23 years of experience in HR operations payroll or benefits administration.
- Familiarity with government portals and statutory reporting tools (SSS PhilHealth Pag-IBIG BIR).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HRIS platforms (e.g. Workday SAP Oracle).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Discretion in handling sensitive employee information.
