We are currently seeking a talented Architectural Technologist to join our growing and dynamic team based in Cardiff Bay. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality design and technical solutions for both residential and commercial projects ranging from luxury homes to cutting-edge office spaces. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious professional who thrives in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.
Producing detailed design drawings and technical specifications using REVIT.
Collaborating with architects engineers and other design professionals to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Developing and maintaining technical drawings and documentation for both residential and commercial projects.
Managing project delivery from concept to completion ensuring high standards of quality and compliance with regulations.
Assisting in the preparation of planning applications building regulations and construction documentation.
Working closely with clients and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
Proven experience as an Architectural Technologist with a strong portfolio of high-end residential and/or commercial projects.
Expertise in REVIT (essential) with a solid understanding of BIM and other design software.
Strong technical knowledge and understanding of building regulations construction methods and materials.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
A positive attitude and the ability to bring creative solutions to design challenges.
Relevant degree or professional qualification (or equivalent experience) in Architectural Technology or a related field.
