About the Role:

We are currently seeking a talented Architectural Technologist to join our growing and dynamic team based in Cardiff Bay. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality design and technical solutions for both residential and commercial projects ranging from luxury homes to cutting-edge office spaces. Key Responsibilities:

• Producing detailed design drawings and technical specifications using REVIT.

• Collaborating with architects engineers and other design professionals to deliver projects on time and within budget.

• Developing and maintaining technical drawings and documentation for both residential and commercial projects.

• Managing project delivery from concept to completion ensuring high standards of quality and compliance with regulations.

• Assisting in the preparation of planning applications building regulations and construction documentation.

• Working closely with clients and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Architectural Technologist with a strong portfolio of high-end residential and/or commercial projects.

• Expertise in REVIT (essential) with a solid understanding of BIM and other design software.

• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of building regulations construction methods and materials.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• A positive attitude and the ability to bring creative solutions to design challenges.

• Relevant degree or professional qualification (or equivalent experience) in Architectural Technology or a related field.
