Job Description
We areseeking a highly skilledSystems Analystto serve as the technical lead for a diverse infrastructure environment. The role spans Windows systems Nutanix virtualization Linux (RHEL) and enterprise storage. The successful candidate will provide hands-on support coordinate team tasks and ensure reliable delivery of IT services in a fast-paced complex environment.
- Support configure and troubleshoot Windows 11 and Windows Server environments (AD Group Policy DNS/DHCP file/print services etc.).
- Administer andoptimize Nutanix clustersincluding VM lifecycle resource allocation patching and performance tuning.
- Support andmaintain RHEL servers; manage packages services and security baselines.
- Installterminate label and test fiber and twisted-pair cabling with adherence to TIA/EIA standards.
- Prioritize and assign ticketsmonitor progress and ensure SLAs are met.
- Facilitate team stand-ups planning meetings and technical reviews.
- Act as escalation point for complex incidents and root-cause analysis.
- Ensure adherence to industry best practices company and agency policies and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with network security andother teams to deliver reliable and secure infrastructure services.
- Create andmaintain thorough documentation of plans system configurations and operational processes and procedures.
