Internship Digital Content

The Expertise Team Content is looking for a digital savvy intern who likes to work at the intersection of communication and marketing and preferably has experience in managing/creating a website.

Roles and responsibilities

In this internship you will be part of a small team of digital content experts. The team provides development ideas for as well as gives advice to other squads and departments to empower them to optimise their digital content with the aim to activate new and existing clients leading to higher client satisfaction loyalty and increased revenue.

Together with the team you will work on things like creating new content experiences and customer journeys of INGs digital content on our channels in Wholesale Banking. Youll also learn to assist in content management copywriting and reviewing data analysis Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) online promotions et cetera.

The team

The Content Team is part of the Centre of Expertise UX & Content and is situated within the Tribe Digital Delivery Management in ING Wholesale Banking. The Tribe Digital Delivery Management has a clear objective: To become the best digital wholesale bank by delivering an industry leading and consistent digital customer experience across all ING touchpoints. The channels owned by the Tribe includes the website an internet banking-portal (InsideBusiness Portal) and a mobile app (InsideBusiness App). Our customers are spread over more than 35 countries who use our channels on a daily basis to do daily banking consume content and for servicing.

We look for someone who is

• enrolled at a Dutch HBO or University in the area of communication marketing digital content journalism or similar studies.
• excellent command of (written and verbal) English
• proactive and outspoken
• ready to learn a lot fast by doing it on the job
• a team player who can also work independently
• not afraid to make mistakes (because thats part of how you learn)
• available for at least 4 days a week
• experience in using a CMS and a data analysis tool (e.g. Google Analytics) is a plus
