Pay: $18.50 - $20.00/hour

POSITION TITLE: Custodian

DEPARTMENT/PROGRAM: Axess Operations Arlington

REPORTS TO: Practice Manager

SCHEDULE: Full-Time (40 hours/week) Variable hours/some evenings

GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES: Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing assigned areas as needed.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

daily maintenance and custodian duties at sites (inside and outside)

up and taking all trash cleaning restrooms etc.

excellent service through well-maintained facilities

and reports problems in a timely manner and completes additional tasks as assigned by manager

with agency policies and procedures COA regulations federal and state requirements and educational/certification/registry requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS

motivated self-starters

to work as part of a team

of cleaning equipment and ability to fix small problems; some landscaping changing light fixtures painting and light maintenance

transportation valid Ohio Drivers License and ability to meet agency requirements for driving insurability if applicable

Ohio Drivers License and ability to meet agency requirements for driving insurability.

be able to meet agency requirements for criminal back ground check (Ohio Bureau of

Identification & Investigation) if applicable.

MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL/LICENSURE REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma or GED preferred

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

cleaning experience preferred

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

capable of lifting and moving objects up to 25 pounds as necessary

knowledge of cleaning products and cleaning tools

to be on your feet for long periods of time

working around cleaning chemicals

to climb stairs while carrying equipment
