Our client is a well-established and fast-growing professional services firm seeking a VP of IT. The person best suited for this role will possess a solid track record of scaling a companys technology (Cloud VOIP AI/Automation) and has exp working in a professional services industry (finance legal real estate consulting etc.).
RESPONSIBILITES
- Lead the daily operations of the IT department ensuring optimal system reliability performance and uptime.
- Provide hands-on technical expertise for both application and infrastructure projects and/or operational issues.
- Provide strategic direction and mentorship to a diverse IT team fostering collaboration and ensuring a high-performing work environment.
- Develop and execute IT strategies that align with the companys goals driving business growth and operational efficiency.
- Manage and optimize the Office365 ecosystem ensuring seamless integration and maximizing the platforms potential.
- Oversee technology projects from inception to execution including system upgrades migrations and new technology implementations.
- Safeguard data security and compliance with industry regulations and best practices ensuring a secure environment for company assets and information.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to address their technology needs and deliver impactful solutions.
- Monitor and manage the IT budget optimizing costs and ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Stay ahead of emerging technology trends and innovations to keep the company at the forefront of IT excellence.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors degree in information technology Computer Science or related field (Advanced degree preferred).
- At least 10 years of experience in IT management with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership position.
- Proven experience managing teams and overseeing complex IT projects in fast-paced high-growth environments.
- Experience with CRM ERP or sales/marketing technologies is required
- Experience architecting deploying integrated applications is a strong plus
- Expertise in Microsoft Office 365 cloud services and on-prem technologies.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure including networks servers cloud technologies and cybersecurity best practices.
- Experience with call center technology highly preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of staff including executives.
- A commitment to delivering white glove service particularly for senior leadership.
- High level of integrity professionalism and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
