Contract Duration: 6 Weeks
Shift: 10:30 AM 7:00 PM
Pay Rate: $58 $60 per hour

Position Summary

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Radiologic Technologist MRIfor an exciting job in Syracuse NY.

Responsibilities

Prepare and position patients for radiologic and MRI examinations ensuring comfort and safety.
Operate imaging equipment efficiently adjusting exposure factors to achieve high-quality images.
Adhere to radiation safety standards to minimize exposure for patients and staff.
Accurately process images and maintain documentation in the Radiology Information System (RIS).
Troubleshoot equipment issues and promptly report malfunctions.
Follow departmental policies procedures and protocols.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to support patient care.

Qualifications

Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S.) in Radiologic Technology or equivalent.
Active New York State license/registration in Radiologic Technology.
Minimum of 1 year of MRI/CT experience as a Radiologic Technologist.
Completion of required pre-employment health clearance.

Skills & Competencies

Proficiency in imaging equipment operation and patient positioning.
Strong commitment to patient care and radiation safety.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
