Position Highlights:

Oversee clinical and non-clinical services for home health branch operations
Ensure compliance with state federal and local regulations
Manage and mentor staff to meet quality and productivity goals
Review patient schedules admissions transfers and plans of care
Conduct audits lead staff meetings and maintain survey readiness
Coordinate emergency preparedness and disaster plans

Requirements:

Current RN license (state-specific or Nurse Licensure Compact)
Graduate of accredited nursing program
Minimum 2 years nursing experience (within last 36 months)
Minimum 1 year home health experience
Valid drivers license auto insurance and dependable transportation
CPR certification
Strong leadership communication and organizational skills
