- Prepare foods according to established recipe serve and clean-up work area
- Keep proper records as instructed including but not limited to: Production Records Temperature Logs and Cash Reports
- Understand what is inclusive of a reimbursable meal
- Ensure storage of food in a proper and sanitary manner
- Assist in cleaning kitchen and storage areas
- Be able to work quickly and concisely under pressure
- Adhere to all HACCP regulations for sanitation food handling and storage
- Be able to work well with others
- Perform duties as assigned by the Cafeteria Manager or Food Service Director
- Must be able to lift cases up to 40 pounds and carry them from storage areas to work areas
- Standing for a long period of time reaching crouching
- Must be able to handle variations of temperatures working in cold or hot environments
