As an Automotive Repair Technician AAA can offer you:
The starting base compensation for this position is $25.31 to $39.30 hourly. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience geographic location and other job-related factors as permitted by law.
20 hour guarantee per week
No Sundays!
Monthly Incentive Bonus up to $1100
Free Toolbox Transportation

What our Automotive Repair Technician Bs do:
Routinely perform diagnostics and repair work in the following areas: suspension and steering brakes (including ABS/traction control work) electrical heating/air conditioning other jobs as assigned.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of specialized skills and continue to develop additional technical skills to enable flexibility in work assignments.
What you will need to succeed:
Ability to accurately repair vehicles using advanced automotive diagnostic equipment and provide technical guidance at a level normally acquired through the completion of three (3) years as an automotive technician.
Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) or car dealer certifications preferred in the areas of Suspension and Steering Brakes Heating and Air Conditioning. Or the equivalent knowledge and experience with the ability to attain the required certifications within 12 months of hire (Paid for by AAA).
Ability to train and mentor other Repair Technicians and Service Associates.
Ability to lift up to a maximum of 75lbs and stand for prolonged periods of time.
Valid Drivers License.
The ability to complete satisfactory Pre-Employment Screenings (background check drug screening fitness for duty assessment) if offered the position.
Authorized to work in the USA.
