Product Development Manager - Public Markets

This is a great job for someone with experience of completing feasibility assessments for new regulated products and project managing the operational delivery of new product launches.

A bit about the job:

We are seeking a Product Development Manager to lead the full lifecycle of regulated public markets products. This role involves conducting detailed feasibility assessments securing governance approvals and managing the end-to-end operational launch of new funds. You will act as the central point of contact for a wide range of stakeholders including front office distribution legal compliance operations and finance ensuring seamless coordination and delivery. Youll be responsible for defining product features drafting prospectuses managing fund builds and ensuring all risk and control frameworks are adhered to. The role requires strong project management skills commercial awareness proven fund launch expertise .This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in launching new regulated investment products into the UK and/or European markets and a track record of delivering complex initiatives in a dynamic cross-functional environment.

Skills and experience were looking for:

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience and IMC or similar qualifications welcomed

• Track record of successfully launching regulated products

• Experience of regulated product development activity

• Regulatory and product technical knowledge within Public Markets

• Strong communicator comfortable in all environments colleagues team members internal external etc.
