What Youll Do

  • Proactively generate new business through self-sourced leads supported by company-generated call leads.
  • Quote and sell tailored Home and Auto insurance solutions based on each clients unique needs.
  • Deliver exceptional service that builds trust and long-term client relationships
  • Underwrite new policies with an eye for risk pricing accuracy and coverage alignment.

Qualifications and expertise that pave the way for Success

  • RIBO Licensed (Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario)
  • 2 years of experience in the insurance industry or personal lines
  • Proven sales ability with a passion for helping clients protect what matters most
  • Strong customer service mindset and communication skills
  • Confident proactive and able to manage priorities independently
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems
