Job Description

  • Full Time or Part Time (0.8 FTE) maternity leave cover from mid January 2026 - 17 December 2026
  • $110743.00 pa pro rata Super Salary Packaging
  • Located in Marion
  • Leave conditions: 4 weeks paid annual leave and 4 weeks of leave without pay (pro rata)

Who we are looking for

We are seeking an experienced and proactive leader with strong case management expertise who can guide a team to deliver high-quality timely and compliant services. The ideal candidate will be skilled in staff supervision stakeholder engagement and data-driven reporting while maintaining a student-centered focus.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • A degree qualification (AQF level 7) in Social Work or related field.
  • Tocomply withDept of Education requirementsin delivering case management servicesaCertificate IV in Youth Work a Bachelor of Psychology or Social Work Degree is essential
  • Significant experiencein working with young peopleunder 18 years of ageusing a therapeuticcase workapproach.
  • Significant experiencein supervisingstaffin quality practice outcomes.

It would be a bonus if you have:

  • Experience of working with young people in a learning environment.
  • Experience with SACE and other accredited learning e.g. VET course etc.
  • Experience in managing fluctuating resources staff and funds
  • Experience with the Department of Educations strategy of supporting at risk young people to stay engaged in learning.

What you will be doing

  • Lead a collaborative team culture to enablestrong and effective working relationships withinTLSandacross RASA.
  • Support supervise and monitorall casemanagementactivityofTLSclients/studentsto ensurehigh quality serviceanddocumentation requirements.
  • Provide operational supervisiontoallCase Managers within theTLSteam including regularindividualsupervision groupsupervisionandrecognition of trainingneedsto enablegoodpractice and alignment withSchool expectations.
  • Stay up to date with required Departmentfor Education processesto ensurecomplianceacross theteam.
  • Liaisewithappropriate staffwithin schoolsto ensure astrongpartnershipapproach to students their wellbeing and learning.
