The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth building strong customer relationships and promoting our products within an assigned geographic territory. This role will focus on understanding customer needs providing tailored solutions and achieving sales targets while upholding the companys reputation for quality and service.
This is a hybrid opportunity
Salary: $100-120k/yr base commission
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve or exceed assigned revenue and market share goals within the region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients distributors and channel partners while identifying and cultivating new business opportunities.
- Conduct regular client visits presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and applications of company products.
- Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer feedback to identify emerging opportunities and potential risks.
- Collaborate with internal teams including product development engineering and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth order fulfillment.
- Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts activity reports and pipeline updates to management.
- Participate in industry trade shows conferences and networking events to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
Requirements:
- 5 years related work experience
- Sales experience within the manufacturing machinery construction raw materials or related field
- Proven ability of expanding a market
