Worth Recruiting are working with a successful and expanding independent estate agency that is looking to appoint a highly motivated Senior Lettings Negotiator / Business Development Manager to their Hailsham branch.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Managing and growing the lettings portfolio
• Conducting property valuations instructions and viewings
• Building and maintaining relationships with landlords tenants and applicants
• Negotiating tenancies and closing deals
• Driving new business opportunities and developing client networks
• Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the lettings process
• Supporting the wider team with sales and cross-selling opportunities

What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience in residential lettings (essential)
• Listing / valuation experience (desirable)
• Strong business development and sales ability
• High level of customer service and client care
• Professional telephone manner and positive proactive attitude
• Well-presented articulate and ambitious
• Knowledge of the Hailsham / East Sussex market (advantageous)
• Full UK driving licence and own car (essential)
• Thoroughly professional approach to estate agency
