Our client is looking for a dedicated Care Home Manager to lead a small nursing home for adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs. This is a rewarding opportunity for an experienced Nurse Manager (RMN or RNLD) who is passionate about improving clinical quality supporting staff and delivering person-centred care.

What Were Looking For

Registered Nurse with RMN or RNLD qualification (NMC pin required).
Proven track record in a care home management role within the healthcare sector.
In-depth understanding of mental health learning disabilities and complex care.
Strong commercial acumen with experience in budget control and business development.
Excellent leadership communication and people management skills.
Commitment to enhancing clinical quality and resident wellbeing.
