Our client is looking for a dedicated Care Home Manager to lead a small nursing home for adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs. This is a rewarding opportunity for an experienced Nurse Manager (RMN or RNLD) who is passionate about improving clinical quality supporting staff and delivering person-centred care.

- Registered Nurse with RMN or RNLD qualification (NMC pin required).
- Proven track record in a care home management role within the healthcare sector.
- In-depth understanding of mental health learning disabilities and complex care.
