Now Hiring: Warranty Clerk Camelback Subaru
Are you detail-oriented organized and ready to join a fast-paced dealership team Were looking for a Warranty Clerk to manage warranty claims and support our service department.
Responsibilities include:
- Processing manufacturer warranty claims accurately and timely.
- Reviewing repair orders to verify parts and labor for claim submission.
- Maintaining warranty records and tracking claim status.
- Communicating with service advisors technicians and manufacturers to resolve claim issues.
- Assisting the service manager with administrative support as needed.
What were looking for:.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with computer systems and dealership software (experience with CDK or similar a plus).
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
