Job Summary
Job Title: Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) Mids/Evening Shifts
Location: Hyannis Massachusetts
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift Details: 36 hours/week Rotating nights 7:00 PM 7:30 AM Every other weekend & holiday
Pay Rate: $45 $55 per hour
Position Overview
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN)for an exciting job in Hyannis MA.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments including physical psychological and social aspects.
Develop implement and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
Administer medications and monitor patient responses to treatment.
Provide guidance and mentorship to nursing staff; may serve as charge nurse when needed.
Utilize electronic health records and nursing informatics systems effectively.
Adhere to hospital policies safety protocols and infection control standards.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives staff meetings and continuing education.
Deliver compassionate professional care while maintaining patient confidentiality.
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts.
Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Room nursing experience.
At least 1 year of travel ER RN experience.
Skilled in IV administration/starts ventilator care and telemetry monitoring.
Certifications Required:
Basic Life Support (BLS) current
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) current
CCH Pharmacology Exam passed
Basic Arrhythmia Exam passed
Preferred Qualifications
Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC)
Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC)
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
Certification in de-escalation techniques
