We are seeking an experienced and motivated HVAC Technician Level 2 to join our this high-impact role you will support all facets of Engineering for Player 15 Group while playing a key role in broader department initiatives.

What You Will Do:

Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on commercial HVAC systems including air handlers chillers boilers heat pumps VAV systems cooling towers and related controls.
Respond to HVAC-related service calls and work orders ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Support HVAC system readiness for games concerts and special events including pre- and post-event inspections.
Inspect and replace air filters belts bearings and other components.
Use diagnostic tools and meters to identify issues with equipment and controls; escalate complex issues to senior technicians or supervisors as needed.
Maintain accurate records of work completed parts used and system performance logs.
Adhere to all safety protocols lockout/tagout procedures and compliance standards (e.g. EPA OSHA).
Coordinate with other departments and vendors as needed during repairs or installations.
Provide general facilities support during event setup live events and teardown to ensure safe and efficient operations.
Assist with the placement of temporary infrastructure such as cable ramps extension cords and other event-related equipment.
Coordinate with Event Managers and other departments to fulfill setup requirements in areas such as locker rooms suites arena bowl and areas covered in setup sheet.
Participate in pre-event walkthroughs to help identify and address any facility or logistical concerns.
Respond promptly to radio calls during events for support with facility issues adjustments or requests.
Help maintain a clean organized and hazard-free environment in both public and back-of-house areas before during and after events.
Assist other Engineering team members or departments as needed to ensure successful event execution.

What We Need From Our HVAC Technician Level 2:

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication and customer service skills
Strong working knowledge of mechanical electrical and control systems.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints wiring diagrams and equipment manuals.
Comfortable working at heights in tight spaces and in various weather conditions.
Availability to work flexible hours including nights weekends holidays and event shifts.

Experience/ Education Requirements:

High school diploma or GED
35 years of experience in commercial HVAC systems.
EPA 608 Universal Certification.

This position works mainly indoors removed from extreme weather; exposure to weather is <5%
M- Medium Work Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally.
Must be able to carry on a conversation both on the phone and in-person.
