Job Description
Join the LEGO Retail Planning team and turn regional data into powerful global insights. As our new Global Retail Planning Manager youll strengthen demand planning improve forecast accuracy and support smarter commercial decisions on everything from new launches to inventory management keeping LEGO products in the hands of shoppers worldwide!
Were pleased to share that we offer a hybrid working week arrangement called Best of Both requiring 3 days in the office location and 2 days from home.
No relocation assistance is offered for this position. The role will be based from either Billund or Copenhagen full time.

Core Responsibilities
Consolidate regional demand plans into a global view cross-checking for consistency and accuracy across markets at item/theme/audience level.
Support global planning optimisation team with analysis and insights for demand planning including pre-order sales forecast accuracy inventory and shopper KPIs.
Support S&OP manager andcoordinate the monthly S&OP process preparing reports decks and insights for senior stakeholders.
Build and recommend dashboards and reporting tools (Power BI Tableau Excel) to track performance and trends.
Partner with Category Management Promotions Commercial Development & Regional Planning teams to align forecasts promotions and commercial strategies.
Stress-test regional assumptions call out anomalies and recommend corrective actions on forecasts especially around new product launches and key campaigns.
Facilitate global alignment meetings ensuring insights and risks/opportunities are shared and acted upon across markets.
Do you have what it takes
Experience within retail operations as well as within either demand planning category planning supply chain for a global or multiregional environment (CPG/FMCG/Retail).
Strong analytical and commercial mindset with proven ability to interpret large complex data sets into actionable insights.
Proficiency in Power BI Tableau Excel and PowerPoint with experience building dashboards and reports for senior leadership.
Clear understanding of retail operations (physical and digital) consumer trends and drivers of business performance.
Skilled communicator and presenter confident working with and influencing senior stakeholders across regions and functions.
Experienced in S&OP processes and forecasting models with a proven ability to improve forecast accuracy and planning effectiveness.
Fluency in English both written and verbal.
