Sarasota FL On-site Full-time MondayFriday 8:00am 4:45pm schedule
Were looking for an experienced Assembly Production Operator III to join our CGC Comics division and support the advanced encapsulation process of collectible Comics and related items in our Sarasota FL offices.
This is an advanced production role ideal for candidates with prior manufacturing or production experience strong machine operation skills and the ability to troubleshoot equipment and mentor others.

WHAT YOU WILL DO AS AN ASSEMBLY PRODUCTION OPERATOR III:
- Operate a variety of specialized manual and automated assembly machines with advanced proficiency.
- Troubleshoot and calibrate assembly equipment (e.g. Special Purpose Machinery Printers Sealers etc.) to ensure optimal performance and product quality.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior operators on procedures tools and best practices.
- Monitor production materials and maintain stock levels to support efficient workflow.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure defect-free assembly and accurate labeling.
- Collaborate with teams to resolve workflow challenges and support continuous improvement.
- Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment.
- Support additional production tasks as needed based on business demand.
WHAT MAKES YOU THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- 34 years of production or manufacturing experience required.
- Proven ability to operate and troubleshoot various assembly line machines.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production-driven environment.
- Effective communicator and team collaborator.
- Ability to stand and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Availability to work overtime hours as needed.
