Responsibilities
- Perform and coordinate all aspects of the clinical monitoring and site management process in compliance with Regulatory approved Protocol and Monitoring Plan.
- Conduct remote or on-site visits to assess protocol and regulatory compliance and handle required documentation.
- Manage procedures and guidelines from different sponsors and/or monitoring environments (i.e. FSO FSP Government etc.).
- Develop collaborative relationships with investigational sites to ensure flawless execution of clinical trials.
- Ensure all activities strictly adhere to industry regulations and company standards.
Requirements
- 0-2 years of monitoring experience.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and German with added capability in either French or Italian to read medical charts written in French or Italian.
- Proven capability to travel and perform an average of 8 days on-site per month.
- Strong determination to successfully implement clinical monitoring processes and achieve results.
